SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with URF. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

Order Processing

Orders are processed from Monday through Saturday, excluding applicable holidays. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, customization requirements, and verification of billing or shipping information. Most in-stock items are typically shipped within 1 business day, unless otherwise stated.

Orders for in-stock items are generally processed promptly. Orders involving custom, special-order, or non-stocked products may require additional processing or lead time. If a longer lead time applies, it will be communicated in the applicable quote, order confirmation, or product-specific communication where possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping, handling, and applicable insurance charges are calculated based on factors such as product weight, dimensions, destination, selected shipping method, and carrier rates. Shipping charges will be shown at checkout or provided in the applicable quote, order confirmation, or invoice, as applicable.

Expedited shipping, special handling, buyer-requested routing, or other non-standard shipping arrangements may result in additional charges.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, supply chain disruptions, remote destinations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If estimated delivery information is provided at checkout, in a quote, or in an order confirmation, it should be understood as an estimate only unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Shipping Destinations

URF may ship to locations within Canada, the United States, and select international destinations, subject to product availability, carrier service, and applicable legal or trade restrictions.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel shipments to certain destinations where shipping, customs, export compliance, or other operational or legal limitations apply.

U.S. Orders

For orders shipped by URF from Canada into the United States, URF will pay applicable import duties unless otherwise stated in writing. Buyers remain responsible for any applicable U.S. state or local sales or use taxes, and any other charges not expressly assumed by URF.

International Orders

For shipments outside the country of origin, the buyer is responsible for complying with all applicable import requirements and for paying any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, and similar charges imposed by the destination country, unless URF expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

International shipments may be subject to customs processing and delays outside URF’s control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available. Availability of tracking depends on the shipping method selected and the carrier used.

Partial Shipments

If necessary, URF may ship orders in multiple shipments. Where possible, customers will be notified if an order will be fulfilled in separate shipments.

Shipping Delays

URF is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, weather, labor disruptions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a shipment is delayed, refused, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping details or recipient unavailability, additional shipping, storage, or redelivery charges may apply.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments

Please inspect your shipment promptly upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, or if there is another delivery issue, please contact support@urfinc.com as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue.

If visible shipping damage has occurred, please retain all original packaging and supporting documentation, and report the issue to both the carrier and URF.
